Refund & Exchange Policy
Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Shipping typically takes 4–5 business days, depending on the pincode, location, and courier partner.
Exchanges

Products are eligible for exchange only, not return.

Exchanges are allowed for:

A different size (smaller or bigger) of the same product, or
-
A different product category, adjusted against the price already paid.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only under the following condition:

If the product received has a manufacturing, printing, or stitching defect, and
-
The replacement product is not available in stock.
If both conditions are met, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Out-of-Stock Items
In rare cases where a product becomes out of stock after an order is placed, an estimated delivery date will be communicated to the customer.
Customers may choose to wait for restock or opt for an exchange of equal value.
Cancellations

Order cancellations and refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
Damages & Defective Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a product with any manufacturing, printing, or stitching defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos for verification.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Custom or limited-edition items may also not be eligible for exchange.
